Practical details

Can’t make it?

We're providing a "pie and pea supper" for everyone that has signed up so far. If you can’t make it, there’s a waiting list, so please do the right thing and contact us so we can offer your food to someone else.

Arrival time

The meet up will start promptly at 1800, so please feel free to arrive any time after 1730 to get yourself a seat in the conference room.

The main reception at the front of Electric Works, which normally closes at 1730, will stay open to make access to the building as easy as possible.

Electric Works

If you haven't been to Electric Works before it's on the corner of Sheaf Street and Harmer Lane (the bus station). If you're coming from the train station side you can't miss it; it has a huge Electric Works sign lit up on the top of the building!

Coming by car

The postcode to find us on foot is S1 2BJ; if you're driving, you need to use S1 2BP on your sat nav or you'll end up on the other side of town. Nearest parking is the NCP on Arundel Gate, which you can get for the special rate of £4.30 (ask someone where to swipe the yellow token at Electric Works to get the cost reduced) or QParks at the station. We’ll have a supply of 50% discount vouchers for you to use.

Food and refreshments

TechNorth has kindly sponsored this event so we’re able to provide a pie and pea supper cooked up by the wonderful Pie-Eyed. We’ll also provide beer and soft drinks to wash it all down.

Anything we've forgotten or any questions please get in touch.
